Who we are

Volos Software Development (“we”, “us”) is a software studio. We are the data controller for any information you give us. Contact us any time at volossoftware@icloud.com.

What we collect

This is a simple marketing site. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking, and we don’t ask you for personal details just to browse.

Cookies

We use only essential storage — a single flag in your browser that remembers you’ve seen our cookie notice. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.

Why we use your information, and our lawful basis

We use the details in your message only to reply to you and discuss your project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (and, where you start the conversation, your consent). We never sell or share your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and any project that follows, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it — just email us. If you’re in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk).
